Dee Burks has over 30 years of comprehensive HR and business experience, having successfully performed nearly every HR function in the field; from payroll to serving as HR Director. She began her career in benefits administration with two Fortune 100 companies before transitioning into municipal HR, where she worked as a Training Coordinator. Dee later served as the HR Director for a state agency in a hospital setting with the State of New Mexico, navigating the unique challenges of healthcare human resources. Today, she is the founder of her own business, where she specializes in understanding and applying the principles of human behavior to improve business management and results for small businesses just like hers.
Dee Burks' marketing career spans more than 20 years in the B2B and B2C arena. Her extensive buisness knowledge and marketing efforts have led to speaking engagements at national conferences and groups across the US and in Canada. Dee's clients/products have appeared in major national media such as The Jay Leno Show, Fox News, the Wall Street Journal and many other national news outlets.
